vegan & vegetarian cooking

We cook daily vegan and vegetarian meals. We also offer cooking lessons and vegan cooking events.

 

Fresh, locally grown veggies are available all seasons thanks to our climate and location.

 

We make our own vegan breads and cheese. We cook a variety of styles including Japanese, Italian, Thai, Korean, Indian, Mexican and American fusion.

 

Cooking is very much the same as making visual art!

One of many ways our yoga center practices kindness is through vegetarian education and vegan cooking lessons. As our guest, please join us in the kitchen as we prepare meals together.

 

At least 3 times/day we can all make a powerful choice to be more kind. Being kind can also taste amazing!
